Everything was amazing, I truly enjoyed my stay. Helpful and very friendly staff who were always there to help. The location was fantastic, near to the park and swimming for the kids. Found Barkby Beach, it's just a short walk away from the hotel. Was an ideal base for weekend.

The location was great and brilliant, to go round the side for stairs to play on the bottom field! Reasonably spacious units for our needs, enjoyed it. All the stuff where nice and really good.

Everything was amazing from the staff to the room, very clean bed and good-sized room. The employees were hard-working and really helpful. The location for Prestatyn was particularly good and magnificent, so close to the beach, swimming for the kids, near town centre, walking distance from train station, Chester zoo, and town centre.
